Modern Tiny Living was founded by friends who met at The Ohio State University and shared a vision for freedom, adventure, and living life on their own terms. Inspired by the tiny home movement, they set out to build homes that were not only beautiful and functional but also safe, roadworthy, and built to last.

With little guidance available, they learned the hard way navigating design challenges, regulations, and build quality issues. Over time, they grew a team of experts, partnered with renowned Amish craftsmen in Ohio, and created a company committed to excellence.

Today, Modern Tiny Living builds some of the most trusted and well-crafted tiny homes on the market. We believe tiny living is a modern path to a richer life full of travel, connection, and freedom.
